1 Definitions and Scope

2 Account Registration

Only one account per person is permitted. Operating more than one account for the same person — even using the same mobile number, IP address, or bank details — will be treated as a breach of these terms.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

jb baji reserves the right to verify a member's identity when a withdrawal request exceeds a specified amount or when otherwise required. This process may involve requesting a copy of a national identity card or passport, along with proof of bank details. Withdrawal processing may be put on hold until verification is complete.

2.3 Updating Information

If any contact details registered on the account change, the member must update them without delay. The member is responsible for any service disruption caused by outdated or incorrect information.

At registration, a member must confirm that they are 21 years of age or older. jb baji may request proof of age at any stage. A national identity card or any government-issued document is acceptable for this purpose.

Members must satisfy themselves that using online betting or gaming services from their location is acceptable under their own judgment. jb baji reserves the right to restrict access for any region or individual.

4 Account Security

4.1 Protecting Login Details

Each member is personally responsible for keeping their username and password completely confidential. Allowing a third party to access the account or sharing login details is a breach of these terms. jb baji will not be liable for any loss arising from such situations.

4.2 Suspicious Activity

If a member suspects unauthorised access to their account or fears their password has been stolen, they must contact jb baji's support team without delay. If jb baji is not notified promptly, the member bears responsibility for any resulting loss.

4.3 Single-User Confirmation

An account must be operated by one person only. Where family members or others share a device, jb baji recommends that each person opens a separate account. If multiple accounts are accessed from the same device, an investigation may be opened.

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

Deposits on the jb baji platform are accepted via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200. For bank transfers, major commercial banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank may be used.

When making a deposit, the member must ensure that the funds come from a payment method registered in their own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and such transactions may be cancelled.

5.2 Withdrawal Methods and Processing Time

The same methods — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer — are used for withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are generally processed within one hour of the request, though additional time may be needed if a verification process is ongoing.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Before submitting a withdrawal request, the member must ensure that all wagering requirements related to any active bonus have been met. If a bonus is active and its wagering requirements have not been completed, the withdrawal request will not be processed.

jb baji offers new members a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. The wagering requirement for the bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. For example, a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a bonus of ৳1,500, giving a total balance of ৳2,500; to withdraw winnings from this bonus, ৳1,500 × 20 = ৳30,000 must be wagered.

6.2 Other Bonus Terms

Each bonus offer has its own terms, which are clearly stated in the offer description. Reading the specific terms of the relevant offer carefully before claiming a bonus is mandatory. jb baji reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.

6.3 Bonus Misuse

If the bonus rules are breached or an attempt is made to obtain a bonus through dishonest means, the bonus concerned and all winnings derived from it will be forfeited. The account may also be permanently closed in such cases.
